صنعت خودروهای برقی در سال ۲۰۲۶ با رشدی بیسابقه مواجه شده است. بر اساس جدیدترین گزارش «چشمانداز جهانی خودروهای برقی ۲۰۲۶» (Global EV Outlook 2026) که توسط آژانس بینالمللی انرژی (IEA) منتشر شده، پیشبینی میشود فروش جهانی خودروهای برقی در سال جاری به ۲۳ میلیون دستگاه برسد که سهمی نزدیک به ۳۰ درصد از کل خودروهای فروختهشده در جهان را به خود اختصاص میدهد. این در حالی است که تنها پنج یا شش سال پیش، این سهم کمتر از ۵ درصد بود. بلومبرگانایاف (BloombergNEF) نیز در گزارش سالانهی خود پیشبینی کرده است که فروش خودروهای برقی سواری در سال ۲۰۲۶ به ۲۳.۳ میلیون دستگاه برسد که نسبت به سال ۲۰۲۵ رشد ۱۱ درصدی را نشان میدهد و ۲۷ درصد از کل خودروهای فروختهشده را شامل میشود.
بر اساس دادههای نیمهی اول سال ۲۰۲۶، فروش جهانی خودروهای برقی به ۹.۶ میلیون دستگاه رسیده است که نسبت به مدت مشابه سال قبل نیم میلیون دستگاه افزایش داشته است. در ماه ژوئن ۲۰۲۶، فروش جهانی خودروهای برقی از مرز ۲ میلیون دستگاه عبور کرد که رشد ۷ درصدی نسبت به سال قبل را نشان میدهد. اروپا به عنوان یکی از موتورهای اصلی این رشد، در ماه مه ۲۰۲۶ رشد ۲۸ درصدی را تجربه کرد و سهم ۳۲ درصدی از بازار را به خود اختصاص داد. چین نیز با سهم ۶۳ درصدی از بازار جهانی، همچنان بزرگترین بازار خودروهای برقی جهان محسوب میشود.
بلومبرگانایاف پیشبینی میکند که تا سال ۲۰۳۵، بیش از نیمی (۵۲ درصد) از خودروهای سواری جهان برقی باشند. با کاهش قیمت باتریهای لیتیومیونی، معرفی مدلهای مقرونبهصرفهتر و افزایش پذیرش خودروهای برقی در بازارهای نوظهور، مسیر رشد این صنعت هموارتر از همیشه به نظر میرسد. سال ۲۰۲۶ نشان میدهد که انقلاب خودروهای برقی دیگر یک روند آیندهنگرانه نیست، بلکه واقعیتی ملموس در جادههای سراسر جهان است.
